We just returned from a trip we took last week which included some very interesting and good meals in Louisianna. Above are pictured some of our favorites. Gumbos, char-grilled oysters, barbecued drum, fried green tomatoes, fried seafood, bacon wrapped shrimp, and a dish made with crawfish and crab.
My rain guage was filled up and running over this morning. During this rain event that totals over 11.3". All of my stock tanks were running around. What a blessing.
