What a nice way to spend my birthday...

These birds really like the thistle seed feeder...

This buck is a worker I see him often.

Some days are just more fun than others...

After an early morning of sitting in a blind with a hunter that had two deer, a buck and a doe, on the ground before 7:30 am we caught a mess of bass. The hunter kept these five to take home for a nice meal.

It's that time of year...

You don't plan for this...

 I just got through putting a line of corn out for deer when I spotted these turkeys comming up the lane.

 I could predict what was about to happen.

 They turned the corner found my corn and...

 It didn't take them long to eat every grain.

They are quick.  Luckily they moved off before the feeder went off.

Ella, my blackmouth curr, is great at spotting deer.  She just has one little hangup, she barks to let me know she sees something...
