Haley Moeller gets a nice eight point buck...

Haley Moeller, pictured above killed this nice eight point buck with a well placed neck shot from the blind pictured over her left shoulder in the second photo.  Haley is the daughter of Tim and Leann Moeller.  She is in her second year at Texas A & M University where she is being very successful much like she shoots, with perfection.

The rut is on... stopping for something to eat.

This is the time in the fall that you can see some nice sunsets.  I took this picture some time back.  It is an example of what you can see this time of year.

The oats is up, all is ready for the deer season.

Nice Fall Rain...

The rain this weekend couldn't have come at a better time.  Water was flowed into the tanks and the just completed planting of oats was given a good soaking.

It's time to plant the oats...

The oats are going in today with the prospect of rain next week.

Still light enough to shoot...

The season is on for MLD rifle hunting.  Either one of these would look good mounted.  The deer are in good shape too.  Later this week all of the sunflowers you see here behind these bucks will be plowed under and oats will be planted in in the food plots and senderos.

This is the way you get a pass until next year...

New Water Well

The well is dug then the casing is put in place.  Next a hose from an air compressor is run down the casing. Compressed air is forced down the well and water is "jetted" out cleaning out the casing.
Now we have water to use for wildlife, livestock, and all other  things including water for the stock tanks and fish.
