The big boys are dropping their antlers

In these pictures is a deer I call "Sid". You can see especially on this last photo where he has just lost his right side antler. To his left in this picture is the deer I call "Bruto". He lost both sides of his a couple of days earlier. The last number printed on the picture is the location of the feeder by number. That will help me when I go looking for his sheds.

Ocho Mas lost his antlers...

This is the last picture of "Ocho Mas" that I have of him with his antlers.

Here he is without his antlers. He is on the far right. Also pictured are doe #15 and her buck fawn.

Here he is pictured on the third of March just after midnight. This is early as last year they dropped their antlers the last week of March and the first week of April. This was Ocho Mas' first set of antlers and it isn't that unusual for the young ones to start loosing their antlers first.

Turkey Hens like the feeders too.
